The wine list at Lympstone Manor comprises of some 600 bins. This very diverse collection of wines represent some of the very best examples from the wine regions in which they are produced and all are made by skilled and passionate vignerons from around the globe. Our head Sommelier always has Michael’s cuisine in mind when selecting wines for the list and our extensive choice of wines served by the glass are reflective of both the seasons and menu changes at Lympstone Manor.
We have a team of Sommeliers who are here to recommend wine pairings with your dining experience and guide your through our extensive list. They have also expertly chosen wine flights to match both our Estuary and Tasting menu including a premium wine flight for each menu.
The Lympstone Manor Estate Wine is also a favourite among guests espeically to enjoy whilst looking out over the very vines that made them. Choose from the Lympstone Manor Estate Classic Cuvee, Triassic Pinot Nior 2020 or the Isabeau Rose.
