Vouchers are redeemable within 12 months from the date of purchase. Voucher validity is non-extendable. Voucher must be presented for redemption and are accepted at hotels discretion. The certificate itself has a monetary value of 0.01p. Vouchers can only be used as specified on the front of the voucher. Voucher can only be used as specified at the hotel stated on the voucher. Overnight stays, Lunch and Dinner must be pre-booked by calling the hotel reservations team ad quoting voucher number. Vouchers are non-refundable and if lost or stolen cannot be replaced. Not valid on Valentines Day, UK Bank holidays, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
